Review & source standards
We separate primary-source verification from external review and only publish reviewer credit after the review has actually been completed.
Current standard: no external reviewer is named unless that person has completed the stated review and approved the attribution. Passenger-rights statements are checked separately against official regulatory sources.
Travel-industry review scope
- Airline, travel-agent and OTA workflow realism.
- Usefulness of Reply Decoder questions.
- Refund-tracing and evidence steps.
- Voucher, partial-refund, reimbursement and downgrade guidance.
- Whether escalation is suggested too early or to the wrong party.
- Terminology that could mislead an ordinary traveler.
- Missing recurring traveler problems.
What this review does not mean
A travel-industry review is not a legal opinion. Legal and regulatory statements are separately checked against official sources. Any future legal review will be labeled separately and only within the jurisdiction and scope actually reviewed.
Correction workflow
- Preserve reviewer comments.
- Separate accuracy issues from style preferences.
- Correct and primary-source check relevant claims.
- Ask the reviewer to confirm the revised material addresses the concern.
- Add reviewer attribution only after permission.
